Most of our items are made-to-order and will ship within 7-10 business days form the date it is received unless stated otherwise. Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Fed Ex Ground with tracking information. We are happy to accommodate special requests for earlier delivery dates when available. We ask that you please notify us at the time of purchase if you need your order by a specific date or earlier than the stated time frame.
All international packages are automatically insured for the declared amount on the customs form. Payment Options TOP
We currently accept Paypal (where you can pay by Visa, Mastercard or Discover), Personal Check and
Money Orders for payment. Please note that checks will be cashed before shipment is made.
Return / Exchange Policies TOP We will be glad to make an exchange or send a merchandise credit if you are dissatisfied with a product. Returns and exchanges will be accepted provided the product is in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Please contact us for return/exchange authorization within 5 days of receipt of the items. Ship prepaid and insured back to us after getting a return authorization. No problem, just email us what you have in mind and we will work with you to create something special to meet your needs! Gift Wrap Option TOP
All 2 Lulas orders come dressed in our signature tissue wrap, ready to be gift wrapped for any occasion! Currently, gift wrapping is not available due to website constraints.
If your order is a gift and you would like to include a personal message in your shipment, please add the context of your message in the comment box at the end of checkout. We will print your message out on a seperate piece of paper and include it in your order along with your tissue wrapped items. Communication TOP We do our best to reply to your questions as quickly as possible. Our goal is to get back to you within 24 hours Monday - Friday and within 48 hours over the weekend. We are "closed" on Sundays. However, please keep in mind that we do have certain times of the year that are busier than others and communication can be much slower. Your patience is appreciated and just know that each of your e-mails are important and will be replied to in the order received. Product Care and Sizing TOP
Cotton products should be washed in cold water with like colors. Use color safe bleach when needed. Tumble dry low heat. If there is hook and loop closure on the product, ensure that it is latched before washing.
Laminated bibs should be hand washed only. Should it become necessary to put in washing machine, do so on cold, gentle cycle and put in dryer on low heat for 5 minutes to remove moisture. Hang to complete drying.
Chalkdoodle Mats should be hand washed only and hung to dry.
If your clothing item has an applique that is not zig zag stitched, please be aware that some fraying will occur around the edges of the applique and that this is normal with this type of applique technique and should be expected. It adds to the look and character of the applique.
All 2 Lulas Boutique products run pretty true to size. Knit wear products will shrink slightly. If you are concerned about sizing, please order a size up. Feel free to contact me if you would like measurements on a certain product to ensure fit.

There are only a few individuals behind the scenes here at 2 Lulas and though we try very, very hard to avoid making mistakes, it is more than likely that a few will slip past every now and then. When we do have need to correct a problem, we will do so with the utmost speed possible and will make sure to compensate for any inconvenience caused.
